The Pakistan Army is going to upgrade its air defense system soon.
During Pakistan's skirmish with India, the major weakness or issue with Pakistan was that the HQ-9 defense system did not participate in Pakistan's official victory against India. The Pakistani army has top-class and advanced equipment like advanced combat drones, jet fighters, submarines, tanks, etc. Pakistan has invested smartly in its army or military, as even India is trying to find the answer to how Pakistan can compete with or beat India at its own game. On May 7th, India illegally killed more than 50 citizens of Pakistan via the bombing of their jets, and in reply, Pakistan shot down 5 jets and 1 drone. It is being said that Pakistan shot down 6 jets; however, DGISPR said that it was a total of 6 Indian jets that Pakistan shot down. Moreover, Pakistan also targeted 26 locations in Indian territory and blasted them via Fatah missile.
However, media and experts noted that Pakistan has to upgrade its air defense system and invest in the navy as well. Pakistan is looking to buy HQ-19 from China, which is the world's best air defense system. It is expected that Pakistan and China will come to an agreement soon regarding it, and Pakistan will soon be upgrading it. Social media experts regarding the defense of Pakistan suggest that Pakistan will get it as soon as early next quarter. Moreover, some defense experts suggest that Pakistan should adjust the quota of JF-17 Thunder Block 3 exports and not export entirely to friendly countries. Pakistan should adjust its nearly 50% quota for itself, as India is eager to take revenge on Pakistan for its humiliation at the global level as well as diplomatically. India has never felt this much humiliation by the Pakistani side, and no friendly country came forward for India, but for Pakistan, China, Turkey, and Azerbaijan came forward unconditionally for Pakistan
