The ICC Asia Cup is in doubt due to Pakistan and India tension.
The Asia Cup, which is scheduled to be held in September 2025., is in doubt due to India's ego and making every institution political. Pakistan won't have any issue playing with India in a neutral venue, which was decided by both Pakistan and India in early 2025; however, it is expected that India will make a fuss about playing with Pakistan, as India's approach since BJP has taken over has never been mature. It is expected that ICC Asia Cup 2025 won't be held due to India withdrawing from the cup. Indian media reported that India won't be playing with Pakistan due to political issues. However, this time PCB is also in aggressive mode due to India always backstabbing Pakistan and always making false statements regarding Pakistan. This won't be the first time India politicizes the ICC, as India also tried to isolate Pakistan during a meeting held to approve a Pakistan loan in an IMF board of directors meeting; however, it was India that was isolated by the IMF board directors, and they approved the Pakistan loan in May.
It is better than Pakistan's prepared Indian false attempt and false blames on Pakistan. In the backdrop, ADB approved a Pakistan loan worth USD 800 million, which was essential for Pakistan to meet its external debt commitments; however, India also tried to block this loan in the ADB board meeting. However, the allegations were rejected by all the board members. In reply, Pakistan also submitted a bold and blunt response to India's fake allegations and fake claims regarding Pakistan. Moreover, we hope that India does not make the ICC a political tool, which it has already become in some contexts, and sports should remain as sports. We hope that both nations play with each other and provide the best entertainment. However, it is highly likely that India won't be playing with Pakistan for at least this year.
